## Description

Craft In Focus is a UK organiser of contemporary craft and design fairs, founded in 2000 by Rob Chapman. For more than 25 years, it has brought together professional British makers, artists and designers, selecting exhibitors for the quality, individuality and innovation of their work. The organisation’s fairs are held at venues including RHS gardens, Hever Castle and Waterperry Gardens, with events featuring contemporary craft, ceramics, jewellery and silversmithing. Visitors can browse and buy directly from the people who make the work, learn about their processes and inspirations, and discuss bespoke commissions. Exhibited and available products span textiles, paintings, furniture, metalwork, leather goods, ceramics, jewellery, glass and fashion. Craft In Focus states that it excludes imported and mass-produced products, focusing instead on work made in the UK. Alongside its in-person events, the brand operates an online shop where customers can explore and purchase pieces from UK craftmakers and artists. Its fairs take place in indoor venues or marquees at garden locations, and the events provide full disabled access.
