## Description

Micklethwait Craft Meats Barbecue, founded in 2012 by pitmaster Tom Micklethwait, is a trailblazer in Central Texas scratch-made craft barbecue. Located in the heart of East Austin, this fiercely independent brand serves up oak-fired Central Texas barbecue from a vintage Comet trailer. Their commitment to integrity, good humor, and top-quality ingredients shines through in their high-quality smoked meats, inventive sausages, made-from-scratch sides, and fresh baked goods. It's no wonder Micklethwait Craft Meats has earned a place on Texas Monthly's prestigious Ten Best BBQ Joints in Texas list. This brand is synonymous with exceptional barbecue, thanks to Tom Micklethwait's passion and dedication to his craft. Ren Garcia, an industry veteran, further enhances the team's culinary expertise. Whether you visit for their incredible barbecue or opt for their catering services, Micklethwait Craft Meats promises an unforgettable and mouthwatering experience. Head over to 1309 Rosewood Ave, Austin, TX, and taste the perfection for yourself.
