# Crag Stewards - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `cragstewards.org.au` ## Description Crag Stewards Victoria is a structured network of climbers working to monitor and reduce the effects of climbing on Victoria’s climbing areas. It promotes awareness of practices that protect environmental and cultural values, and coordinates practical stewardship to maintain and preserve these places for future generations. The organization responds to growing pressures, including increased climbing activity, heightened understanding of First Nations cultural heritage, and the need for more structured planning of volunteer work. Its work includes volunteer events and projects such as weed removal, track clearing, and track reconstruction at locations including Mount Arapiles/Djurrite, Black Hill, and Mount Rosea. Through its website, Crag Stewards Victoria provides information about its objectives, governance, relationships, regional climbing areas, and ways climbers can minimise their impact. Visitors can learn how to volunteer, report a concern, access resources and FAQs, and find information about safer cliffs and Traditional Ownership. Crag Stewards Victoria acknowledges First Nations peoples’ continuing connection to Country and aims to work with Representative Aboriginal Parties to support their care plans. ## Industries - 🎗 Community and Society - 🏈 Sports - 🏈 Climbing _(under Sports)_ ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Tall Poppy | #b72e2a | accent | | Christi | #56a011 | dark | | Flesh | #fecda5 | light | ## Fonts - Poppins — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
