## Description

CrateSGO is a location-based tactical crate-hunt prototype built around Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) cases and a map-based experience. Players explore a city map to find faded crate signals, then enable GPS and move within 90 meters to attempt a claim. The prototype displays an approximate case pool, including cases with varying listed odds and estimated Steam Market values; outcomes can also be empty. Market prices are estimates and may change.

Crate claims are designed to be associated with a Solana wallet, with a collection view for tracking acquired cases. Because CS2 cases remain on Steam, a claim is intended to act as a ticket for later redemption through a Steam trade offer, using the player’s Steam Trade URL. The site explains that the prototype’s wallet connection and device-local claim storage work in the browser, but secure server infrastructure, an authoritative claim database, anti-cheat checks, and Steam trade fulfillment are not yet connected. CrateSGO is not affiliated with Valve.
