## Description

CrazySocks4Docs is an initiative focused on breaking down the stigma around mental health in doctors and encouraging open conversation about the challenges they may face. Its work centres on awareness, participation and support, bringing attention to doctors’ mental health through its flagship event, CrazySocks4Docs Day. Held annually on the first Friday of June, the event invites people to get involved and help raise awareness.

The organisation’s website introduces its story, founder and ambassadors, and explains the meaning behind the elements and colours of its logo. It also shares the latest news, articles and media related to the initiative, including contributions from Dr Geoff Toogood. Visitors can find information about how to participate, contact the organisation, access its support services and make a donation. Through these resources and its annual awareness event, CrazySocks4Docs seeks to normalise conversations about mental health in the medical profession and make it easier for doctors to engage with the topic.
