## Description

The Cooper Rice-Brading Foundation (CRBF) is an Australian not-for-profit organisation dedicated to changing the outlook for people affected by sarcoma. Inspired by Cooper Rice-Brading, whose vision at age 17 was to improve the future for young sarcoma patients, the foundation works to fund clinical research, increase community awareness to encourage early diagnosis, and support patients and families from diagnosis through treatment and beyond.

CRBF partners with researchers, hospitals, charities, government bodies and donors to advance sarcoma-specific studies and clinical trials. Its initiatives have supported research into phosphoproteomics, immunotherapy, Ewing sarcoma, paediatric preclinical biobanking and other potential treatment approaches. The foundation also contributes to practical research needs, including processing, storing and shipping clinical samples.

Alongside research funding, CRBF provides patient and family support through the Jack Gibson Sarcoma Patient and Family Support Program. Services include peer and practical assistance, advocacy, help navigating government departments, financial guidance and connections with others facing sarcoma. Its free psychological support and wellbeing programmes are available to patients and family members.
