Welcome to Creasman Counseling, PLLC - a mental wellness group dedicated to helping you heal and grow. Our highly-trained and experienced providers offer individual counseling, medication management, reduced-fee counseling, and group therapy. We are LGBTQIA+ and racial/cultural affirming, ensuring that you are accepted just as you are. Our team is skilled in a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based treatments. We believe in a comprehensive plan for wellness, which can include both therapy and medication management. At Creasman Counseling, we are guided by principles of awareness, compassion, and change. We are committed to bringing awareness to issues such as racial trauma, interpersonal violence, LGBTQ+ affirmative care, and women's health concerns. We also offer extensive training through our counseling internship program and collaborate with community groups engaged in activism.
