## Description

Creative Care Pediatric Health & Wellness is a San Antonio pediatric practice led by Dr. Patricia DeForest, a board-certified pediatrician. The clinic provides personalized, membership-based direct primary care for newborns, children, adolescents, and dependent young adults through age 26. Its approach emphasizes thoughtful, unhurried visits and close partnerships with parents, combining traditional medicine with whole-child care focused on health, development, and wellness.

Services include well-child care, sick visits, health maintenance, and support for children with special or complex healthcare needs. Dr. DeForest has expertise in autism, ADHD, AuADHD, behavioral health, and care involving medical technologies. Members can access clinic or telehealth visits, along with texting and phone support, and may receive same-day or next-day appointments. Every visit is with Dr. DeForest, supporting continuity and a lasting relationship with families.

The practice limits membership to 250 families to allow more time and attention for each child. Its transparent membership model avoids insurance billing for primary care, while families remain free to use insurance for medications, laboratory tests, imaging, and emergency care.
