## Description

Creative Diversity Network (CDN) is a brand that aims to foster equality and diversity in the broadcasting industry. Their vision is to create a broadcasting industry with equality at its core. CDN enables the UK broadcasting industry to increase diversity and inspire inclusion through various means. CDN's main goals include capturing diversity and inclusion data in order to measure progress, ensuring that every part of the UK Broadcasting supply chain understands the diversity and inclusivity landscape. They also unite the industry, sharing best practices and creating forums for collaboration to identify and celebrate actions that improve diversity and inclusion. Additionally, CDN supports the industry with honesty and openness to ensure that tangible progress is made. The team at CDN consists of experienced professionals, including Deborah Williams, who is the Executive Director. Deborah has over 30 years of experience in television, film, and theatre, and is known for her work in promoting diversity and culture.
