## Description

Centro de Recursos Estratégicos en Capacitación (CREC) develops e-learning solutions tailored to the needs of businesses and their learners. The organization helps clients deliver training through virtual campuses and a range of learning formats, including live webinars, self-paced online courses, multimedia learning materials, and remote tutoring.

CREC designs custom online courses and also provides technology and training that enable clients to create courses independently. Its services include setting up or operating virtual campuses using SPICA LMS or other platforms, as well as managing the day-to-day administration of online training. This can cover learner and course setup, reporting, certificates, and user support.

To help clients assess training outcomes, CREC offers evaluations and supports continuous improvement of e-learning projects. The company also provides training and certification in iSpring Suite, an authoring tool for creating online courses. Its course offerings include office software, corporate training, and government-focused programs; CREC states that it has developed more than 80 courses for the government sector.
