The Bundesverband Credit Management e. V. (BvCM) is the largest independent professional group for Account, Debt, and Credit Managers.

Established in October 2001, this non-profit organization was founded under the patronage of some German credit managers. Their aim is to carry out, promote, and support studies in credit management, as well as organize education and study programs. The BvCM also creates and publishes a magazine, collects and appropriates relevant information, and fosters international contacts.

One of their notable achievements is the development and organization of the Certified Credit Manager® training course, which follows an international standard. Since its inception, the association has rapidly grown, with over 1,000 credit managers now part of their membership.
