## Description

Fondazione Cresciamo il Futuro ETS is an Italian non-profit foundation bringing businesses, childcare providers, and institutions together to improve access to early childhood care and support working families. Established by nine founding companies in October 2025, with TIM joining as an associate member, the foundation represents approximately 250,000 workers. Its national network includes 76 nurseries across 23 provinces, bringing public, private, and company-run facilities into a shared system for children aged zero to three.

The foundation selects participating nurseries according to common pedagogical, safety, and organizational standards. Through its digital platform, developed with Jointly, families can explore availability, choose a suitable nursery near home or work—including a facility connected to another network company—and manage enrolment online. The network also helps employers make company nurseries more accessible and offer practical family welfare, while enabling institutions to pursue a public-private approach to supporting birth rates and parental employment. Alongside childcare, Cresciamo il Futuro promotes parenting, work-life balance, and targeted educational initiatives.
