## Description

CRIPS is a Portuguese organisation that has been building futures since 1979. Its mission is to help people with disabilities and specific needs achieve and maintain an appropriate level of physical, sensory, intellectual, psychological and social functioning, providing the means to support greater independence.

CRIPS offers a range of responses and services, including early intervention, a resource centre for inclusion, an activity and training centre, vocational training and employment support, and residential care. Its programmes also include SORinclui+, support for people experiencing material deprivation, and CLDS 5G Aproximar. The organisation works with partners and shares information through institutional documents, publications and the Jornal do CRIPS.

People can support its work by becoming members, making donations, sponsoring the organisation or purchasing its products. Through these services and community initiatives, CRIPS aims to promote participation, capability and greater autonomy for the people it serves.
