## Description

Crismo is an AI-native process platform designed to help organisations understand how work actually happens and turn that insight into operational improvement. It brings process knowledge scattered across teams, documents and tools into a shared, visual source of truth, making workflows, handoffs and exceptions easier to see, discuss and refine. Teams can create BPMN 2.0 models, map value streams, collaborate through comments and reviews, and use structured process information to get answers linked to their process maps.

Crismo offers two plans. Optimise provides process modelling, simulation, value stream mapping, collaboration and publishing tools to build and improve an operational blueprint. AI adds capabilities such as text-to-BPMN, an AI process analyst, an AI Opportunity Map, and integrations with ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude. Enterprise options include SSO, API access, dedicated support, custom AI limits and on-premise deployment.

The platform is aimed at operations, process excellence, compliance and automation teams. Production data is hosted in European data centres and encrypted in transit and at rest.
