## Description

Cronegaard Equi is a riding-focused coaching and mental training practice led by Sofie Cronegaard, a mental trainer, coach and psychotherapist. Since 2016, Sofie has specialized in helping riders who experience riding anxiety or have lost their enjoyment of riding, supporting them to rebuild confidence, trust and a sense of ease in the saddle. The practice also works with ambitious competitive riders who want to strengthen their focus, maintain perspective and manage the pressure of competitions.

Services include support for riding anxiety, guidance to help riders get back in the saddle, and rider coaching and performance-focused mental training. Cronegaard Equi’s approach treats emotions as useful signals rather than problems to suppress, helping clients understand and work with their mental and physical responses. The aim is to ease tension and develop greater confidence, calm and connection with the horse, whether a rider hopes to enjoy everyday rides or perform at their best at competitions. Prospective clients can book a free conversation with Sofie to discuss their experience and goals.
