## Description

Crossroads Communities (CRC) is an Oregon-based nonprofit and Community Development Corporation dedicated to helping vulnerable people in rural communities access support and build stability. Working across Linn and Marion Counties, CRC serves people facing challenges including houselessness, substance use disorder, domestic violence, severe and persistent mental illness, and judicial restraint. Its services include outreach, comprehensive case management, housing stability programs, resident support, referrals to program partners, and direct program delivery. CRC also provides on-site support at Applegate Landing Apartments in Lebanon and Applegate Terrace Apartments in West Salem.

Guided by a “no wrong door” approach, Crossroads Communities helps individuals navigate the steps needed to find assistance, either through its own programs or by connecting them with trusted organizations offering specialized services. The organization also fosters collaboration among community-based and nongovernmental organizations, as well as local city and county offices, to address gaps in the social safety net. Based in Lebanon, CRC helps coordinate and support the LASAR Partnership and works to elevate rural voices and strengthen community-wide responses to local needs.
