Its product range covers animal systems, cropping, general merchandise, and water and irrigation. Animal-related products include animal health and nutrition supplies, livestock management equipment, fencing, pet supplies, and shearing products. For cropping, CRT offers crop protection products, fertiliser, and seed, alongside water and irrigation solutions and other general merchandise.

CRT also provides services through its rural network, including agronomy, animal production and nutrition support, worm egg counts, and on-farm delivery. Customers can use the website to locate a nearby independent CRT store or provider and explore available product categories and services.
