# Cry-sis - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `cry-sis.org.uk` ## Description Cry-sis is a dedicated UK charity committed to supporting parents and caregivers of infants who experience excessive crying or sleep disturbances. Established in 1981 by a group of concerned parents, Cry-sis has evolved from a small support group into a respected national organization. The charity offers a free helpline, operating seven days a week from 9 AM to 10 PM, providing valuable advice and information to help families manage the challenges of caring for young babies aged 0-12 months. In addition to its helpline services, Cry-sis focuses on raising public awareness about infant crying and sleep issues, conducting research, and providing resources tailored for both new parents and healthcare professionals. The charity actively encourages community engagement, offering opportunities to volunteer and donate, allowing individuals to contribute to its mission of providing reassurance and practical support to families. By fostering a network of understanding and shared experiences, Cry-sis plays a crucial role in improving the lives of parents experiencing the stresses of sleepless nights and unsettled babies. ## Industries - 🎗 Community and Society - 🎗 Philanthropy _(under Community and Society)_ - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Childrens Health _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/people) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/cry.sishelpline) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id3FsPRflp/w/591/h/283/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1748894510154) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Persian Green | #0099a1 | accent | | Dove Gray | #686868 | dark | | Athens Gray | #f8f9fa | light | ## Fonts - Arial — asset _(custom)_ - Open Sans — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
