## Description

CryptoPunks is a brand that offers 10,000 unique collectible characters with proof of ownership stored on the Ethereum blockchain. They are considered one of the earliest and most iconic examples of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) minted on Ethereum, and have played a significant role in inspiring the modern CryptoArt movement. Each CryptoPunk is trustlessly collected by interacting with the Ethereum blockchain. Originally, Punks could be claimed for free using an Ethereum wallet, but now they can be purchased from their present owners through the bespoke CryptoPunks marketplace embedded in the blockchain. CryptoPunks have gained widespread recognition and have been featured in international publications and prestigious international auctions. Notably, they are even a part of the permanent collections of important art museums. Each Punk is unique, with different attributes and backgrounds indicating their availability for sale or bid. The CryptoPunks marketplace allows for frictionless buying, bidding, and offering of Punks. To join the CryptoPunks community, you can also participate in their Discord Chat, which announces all bids, offers, and sales in real-time.
