## Description

Crys 16 is the official supporters’ trust for the Scarlets, bringing fans together and providing a channel for their views to be represented within the club. The trust represents its members on the Scarlets board, helping supporters have a voice in matters connected with the team and its community.

Throughout each season, Crys 16 organises events for members, including question-and-answer sessions with Scarlets players and management. These gatherings give supporters opportunities to hear from people involved with the club and engage with fellow fans.

Membership is free for Scarlets season ticket holders. Supporters who do not hold a season ticket are also encouraged to join, with a donation welcomed. Crys 16 shares information and updates through its website and social media, and provides an email contact for enquiries. The organisation also makes resources such as its constitution and members’ privacy notice available online. By combining supporter representation, seasonal events and accessible membership, Crys 16 works to strengthen the connection between Scarlets supporters and the club.
