It contributes to regional development through public-interest and revenue-generating activities related to the management and improvement of urban facilities and environments.

The foundation supports a broad range of community services and facilities, including sports venues, parks, swimming pools, cultural and community spaces, and public parking. Its portfolio includes Yokosuka Arena, several regional sports halls, Sarushima Park, Negishi Park, community centers, and the Yokosuka Port Market.
