## Description

The Civil Society Fund (CSF) is a dynamic organization committed to strengthening Georgia’s civil society and advocating for democratic reforms. Established nearly 30 years ago as a successor to the Open Society Fund of Georgia, CSF plays a pivotal role in supporting diverse voices and initiatives that promote European integration, human rights protection, and social justice within the country.

CSF offers various programs that empower marginalized communities, including women, youth, and refugees, through grant funding, advocacy campaigns, and educational initiatives. With investments exceeding $100 million, CSF has notably contributed to public health reforms, the establishment of the first children’s hospice in Georgia, and the enhancement of independent media.

Operating as a platform for collaboration among NGOs, coalitions, and active citizens, the Civil Society Fund tackles issues such as corruption and authoritarianism while fostering a transparent, accountable governance structure. By emphasizing community engagement and participation, CSF remains dedicated to building a fair and equitable society for all Georgians.
