## Description

Centro Social e Paroquial de Andrães (CSPA) is a Portuguese Private Institution of Social Solidarity (IPSS) based in Andrães, in the municipality of Vila Real. Founded in 1995 in response to the needs of older people facing limited family and social support, the organisation focuses on personalised care, dignity, autonomy and quality of life. Its services are designed around individual needs and delivered with an emphasis on respect, dedication and trust.

CSPA provides two main social care responses. Its Home Support Service assists people living at home who need help with daily activities. Support includes meals, personal and household hygiene, laundry, medication assistance, accompaniment to medical appointments and opportunities for social and cultural activities. The Residential Structure for Older People offers accommodation for people over 65 whose circumstances make residential care appropriate. Services include meals, personal care, housekeeping, medication support, medical and nursing care, psychological support, sociocultural activities and supervision around the clock, every day of the week.
