## Description

The Caisse de Stabilisation des Prix des Hydrocarbures (CSPH), also known as HPSF, is a Cameroonian public institution working in the downstream petroleum sector. Its mandate is to regulate prices for petroleum products and help ensure their supply throughout the country, using mechanisms provided by laws and regulations. The institution also contributes to implementing Cameroon’s national energy policy, with activities focused on price equalisation and stabilisation, pricing policy, supply, and cooperation with social partners.

CSPH publishes price structures for products including white petroleum products, fuel oil, Jet A1, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), alongside relevant laws and regulations. It provides information on petroleum distribution and supply and operates a platform for marketers to submit declarations relating to white products and LPG. Its investments include pilot service stations, stations under construction, and gas-filling centres. The organisation also highlights projects, innovations, partnerships, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Based in Yaounde, with contact details also provided for Douala, CSPH shares sector news and public information through its website.
