## Description

C2 Opportunity Scholarships is an Alabama nonprofit scholarship fund established in 2018 to help low-income K–12 students access an education that fits their needs. Serving families within the Diocese of Birmingham, the organization provides tax-credited scholarships that enable eligible children to attend the Catholic school of their choice. Its work is grounded in the belief that every child is unique and may benefit from a different learning environment to reach their potential.

C2 connects families, donors, and partner schools through information and support. Parents and guardians can find guidance on eligibility, required documents, and how to apply, while students may use scholarship funds at schools that partner with the organization. These include diocesan and non-diocesan Catholic schools in the Birmingham area. Alabama taxpayers can also support the fund through available dollar-for-dollar tax credits, helping make Catholic education accessible to low-income children. C2 shares information about its mission, team, board, partner schools, and family experiences, and invites community members to donate or learn more about its programs.
