## Description

Centrum sociálních služeb Bystré is a social-care organization supporting adults with intellectual disabilities, including people with combined disabilities. Its guiding aim is to help each person live a meaningful, fulfilling life as close as possible to ordinary life through individualized support.

The organization provides residential care for adults with disabilities at several homes in Bystré and Polička. Its protected housing service helps people live more independently while developing personal, social, and work-related skills and encouraging inclusion in the wider community. For adults living in their own or rented homes, field-based independent-living support is tailored to individual needs and promotes autonomy. Social therapeutic workshops are also available for people with intellectual disabilities, including those whose cognitive abilities have declined or who also have physical or sensory disabilities.

Alongside direct care, the center offers activation activities, daily programs, and leisure opportunities. Its services are designed to strengthen everyday abilities and support participation in community life.
