## Description

C’s Studio is a kickboxing and fitness gym in Akasaka, Minato, Tokyo, offering an approachable way to exercise, learn kickboxing and work toward fitness goals. The studio is within a four-minute walk of Akasaka-mitsuke, Akasaka and Tameike-sanno stations. Its classes cater to a range of experience levels and needs, including beginner, women’s, weight-loss and intermediate-to-advanced sessions, as well as personal training. Instructors guide newcomers through the fundamentals, making it easier to get started even without prior experience or high fitness levels.

Trial sessions introduce participants to warm-ups and basic kickboxing movements. Available trial classes include beginner training with form checks, pad work and simple defense practice; a women’s class led by a female instructor; and Kick Out, a music-led martial arts exercise without partner drills or pad work. The gym provides equipment rentals, including gloves and protective gear, and features a mini ring and electronic-locker facilities. C’s Studio also makes its monochrome-finished space available for photography and video productions, including television, film and commercial shoots.
