# Croton Sportsmen For Youth & Disabled Veterans - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `csydv.org` ## Description Croton Sportsmen for Youth and Disabled Veterans (CSYDV) is an all-volunteer Michigan nonprofit founded in 2010 to connect disabled veterans and local young people with the outdoors and with one another in Croton River Country. The organization provides outdoor recreation, learning opportunities, and community connection, with all funding directed to the veterans and youth it serves. Its programs include fishing trips, shooting sports, archery, outdoor skills instruction, and mentorship that introduces young people to outdoor activities. For veterans, CSYDV offers recreation, camaraderie, and opportunities to build connections with others. The nonprofit also works to improve accessibility at its facility through a wheelchair sidewalk project designed to help every veteran reach the site. CSYDV is supported by donations and community involvement, and reports serving about 500 veterans and youth each year. Its fundraising activities include the Drive for Disabled Veterans charity golf outing, which offers team participation, sponsorships, and donations. Through these programs and initiatives, CSYDV brings generations together while expanding access to outdoor experiences for people in its community. ## Industries - 🎗 Community and Society - 🎗 Philanthropy _(under Community and Society)_ - 🏈 Sports - 🏈 Hunting and Shooting _(under Sports)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/CSYDV) ## Logos & icons - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idWx1H4Ma6/w/326/h/326/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793620942213) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Grenadier | #dc4800 | accent | | Tory Blue | #1159af | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
