## Description

Farmington River Flies is a Connecticut-based fly-fishing brand whose home base is on the banks of the Farmington River. Associated with CT Fish Guides, the brand creates custom flies designed to catch trout, with a focus on patterns proven through extensive field testing rather than passing trends. Its flies are tied with carefully selected materials and tested hooks chosen for reliability and durability. The online store offers a range of fishing products, including nymphs, streamers and tight-line leaders, as well as apparel and fly-tying supplies. Featured patterns include DK’s UV Olive, 6x Waltz, LB19, DK’s UV Zebra Midge and Mustard Waltz. The brand emphasizes practical performance and thoughtful development, drawing on many hours at the vise to refine its designs. Its patterns are also available through UpCountry Sportfishing, a fly shop on the Farmington River. Customers can shop online and subscribe to receive updates about product availability and deals. Farmington River Flies serves anglers seeking purpose-built trout flies and related gear, with its products rooted in local river experience.
