## Description

The Connecticut RoughRiders are a junior hockey organization based at the SoNo Ice House in Norwalk, Connecticut. The team competes in the National Collegiate Development Conference (NCDC), the USPHL’s top junior level, which provides a pathway toward NCAA hockey and opportunities to advance to Tier I hockey in the United States and Canada. Player development is the organization’s central goal, with an emphasis on growth both on and off the ice and progression to the next level. The RoughRiders are affiliated with the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders of the USHL, the Rocky Mountain RoughRiders Tier I AAA program, and the Powell River Kings of the BCHL. The organization highlights a history of player advancement, including NCAA commitments across Divisions I, II, and III, as well as NHL draft picks and professional hockey participation. Its home rink, SoNo Ice House, features two rinks, including an NHL-sized rink and a training rink. The RoughRiders also provide information about their NCDC team, hockey operations, showcases, and calendar.
