CTAC is a national, minority-controlled nonprofit organization that has been driving innovative educational and community change since 1979. We are committed to addressing the root causes of poverty in low-income communities and communities of color through educational innovation and community development. We analyze challenges, identify their root causes, and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement strategies. Our team also develops creative solutions to address problems in new, more effective ways. We provide intensive, on-site assistance to strengthen the implementation of organizational and management solutions and conduct research and program evaluation to demonstrate results.
