With units in Campeche and Carianos, it offers five modalities: CrossFit, Hyrox, functional training, Olympic weightlifting (LPO), and jiu-jitsu. Availability varies by location: both units offer CrossFit and Hyrox, functional training and LPO are listed at Carianos, and jiu-jitsu is offered at Campeche. The gym welcomes people at different fitness levels, with movements and intensity adjustable for beginners and those working toward improved performance. CrossFit sessions focus on strength, conditioning, and technique; Hyrox combines running and functional exercises; functional training supports movement and conditioning; LPO develops weightlifting technique and power; and jiu-jitsu builds discipline, strategy, and physical fitness. Classes run throughout the day, with hourly CrossFit sessions on weekdays and Saturday classes; other schedules can be confirmed with the team. Both locations have changing rooms and showers, while Campeche also has parking. CTME Box offers a free, no-obligation trial class, arranged through WhatsApp, and describes its plans as accessible. ## Industries - 🏈 Sports - 🏈 Martial Arts _(under Sports)_ ## Links - [instagram](https://instagram.com/ctmebox_crossfit) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idjreutdLq/w/600/h/600/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792870314666) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idjreutdLq/w/100/h/100/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792870314843) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Woodsmoke | #090a0a | accent | | Hacienda | #8b7f14 | dark | | Desert Storm | #f6f7f5 | light | ## Fonts - Barlow Condensed — asset _(google)_ - Manrope — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
