## Description

CTO SPORTS is an Eastern Switzerland cycling organisation focused on creating an environment where female athletes can develop over the long term. Its approach brings together competitive sport, youth development, education, work and personal growth. The organisation’s women’s elite team has competed nationally since 2025 and also gains experience at international races. In 2026, the team won three Swiss championship titles and the overall national Women’s Cup. CTO SPORTS aims to move the team to UCI Women’s Continental level in 2027 and is seeking a new title sponsor for this next stage.

Beyond the elite team, CTO Talents supports young female and male cyclists from U13 to U19. In 2025, the development group recorded 95 race starts, 18 podium finishes, 25 top-ten results and five national-team selections. CTO SPORTS also offers a community for more than 30 amateur and masters members, whose interests range from gran fondos and traditional road races to ultracycling.
