CTPEA is a collective that brings together ESAT, EA, and insertion structures for disabled workers in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. With a strong presence since 1977, CTPEA is an association that serves as a facilitator and interface for its members. It consists of two main branches: a network animation pole and a business advisory pole. CTPEA represents and supports its affiliated ESAT, EA, and insertion structures, promoting the work of 2200 professionals with disabilities or social difficulties.

It offers a range of services and products across multiple industries, including packaging, logistics, industrial services, maintenance/cleaning, printing, routing, graphic design, administrative work, communication/marketing, catering, environmental services, and artisanal and corporate gifts. CTPEA fulfills various roles, including representing its members to businesses and institutions, providing advice on employment obligations, assisting with corporate social responsibility, and facilitating collaboration by offering a centralized platform for inquiries and quotations. It also collaborates with partner organizations to promote actions in support of disabled workers. Additionally, CTPEA coordinates programs such as the Recognition of Prior Learning and the Mutualization of Integration and Training initiatives, fostering skill development and inclusion.

With its extensive network and commitment to accessibility, CTPEA enables professionals in ESAT and EA to share experiences, exchange best practices, and participate in events and workshops. It also oversees a committee dedicated to transforming documents into Easy-to-Read and Understand (FALC) format, enhancing accessibility for workers in ESAT and EA.
