## Description

Cubby Beds creates smart safety beds designed to support sleep and daily comfort for children with complex conditions and special needs. Its Cubby Bed combines a secure, enclosed sleeping space with sensory features and remote monitoring, helping families address concerns such as wandering, falls, injuries, and nighttime waking. Tensioned padded walls and securable doors help create a safer environment, while a built-in camera, two-way microphone, and real-time alerts let caregivers monitor their child. The bed’s Dream Hub offers circadian lighting and calming sounds, and its enclosed canopy and soothing sensory features can support self-regulation during transitions or overstimulation. Cubby also provides resources for caregivers and clinicians, including insurance documents, funding guidance, educational materials, supplier connections, and customer support. The company says its beds may be eligible for insurance and Medicaid coverage and helps families navigate the funding process. Cubby reports that more than 18,000 families have used its products and highlights peer-reviewed research alongside caregiver reviews.
