Consejo Uruguayo de Bienestar Social (CUBS) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) that affiliates institutions and public, private, and professional organizations interested in Social Welfare in Uruguay. As the representative of the International Council on Social Welfare (ICSW) in Uruguay, CUBS has been promoting Social Welfare since 1947.
