## Description

Cuculia Ristorante is a renowned brand located in Florence, Italy. Led by the talented chef Oliver Betancourt, the restaurant offers a delightful experience for food lovers with its avant-garde dishes and focus on high-quality ingredients. Cuculia prides itself on its international cuisine, which blends traditional, contemporary, and fusion elements to create unique and flavorful dishes. Each plate is meticulously crafted with an eclectic mix of tastes, compositions, and ingredients from around the world. The restaurant's name, Cuculia, pays homage to the past, as it was inspired by the ancient name of Via dei Serragli, known as the Street of Cuculia during the Renaissance. Legend has it that this street was home to exotic and powerful cuckoo birds, whose enchanting songs captivated the people of Florence. The culinary journey at Cuculia is led by Chef Oliver Betancourt, who hails from Venezuela and has a deep appreciation for the culinary arts. His extensive experience working in renowned restaurants across Europe, including France, Spain, and Italy, has shaped his mastery of diverse cuisines and innovative techniques. Collaborating with Oliver is his wife, Roberta Del Prete, who manages the restaurant and curates a carefully selected wine list that perfectly complements the menu. Her passion for enogastronomy and her storytelling expertise bring out the emotional connection between the dishes and the cultural heritage they represent. Cuculia Ristorante is not just a place to dine; it is a stage where the love and dedication of its founders shine through in every culinary creation. Whether you are a local or a traveler, Cuculia promises a memorable experience that combines exquisite flavors, cultural richness, and a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
