## Description

CUIDAMOS +75 is a pioneering research project initiated by a dedicated group of nurses focused on understanding the health impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on individuals aged 75 and older. Funded by the Instituto de Salud Carlos III (ISCIII) and co-financed by the European Union, this project aims to assess both the objective health outcomes and the subjective perceptions of older adults and their caregivers during this challenging period. 

The initiative brings together over 200 nurses from various regions, working alongside a citizen advisory group to ensure community involvement in planning and delivering health care services. CUIDAMOS +75 not only seeks to identify vulnerable health aspects affected by the pandemic but also aims to reorient nursing services to better meet current needs. By embracing innovative care strategies and community participation, the project strives for enhanced, flexible health care delivery in primary settings to address the specific challenges posed by COVID-19 and beyond.
