Cultivate South Park is a dynamic brand that focuses on building connections and empowering the community in South Park, Seattle. As a non-profit organization, we are dedicated to facilitating neighbor-led projects and enhancing the participation of residents in our neighborhood. Our approach is rooted in Asset-Based Community Development, which means we identify, connect, and celebrate the existing gifts and talents of our community members.

Through this process, we aim to create a more equitable South Park. At Cultivate South Park, we have several initiatives that contribute to the betterment of our neighborhood. These include the Urban Fresh Food Collective, which promotes access to fresh and healthy food, and the Arts & Culture Collective, which celebrates the artistic talents of our residents.

We also organize El Mercadito, a vibrant marketplace, and offer Summer Youth Programming for the younger members of our community. Additionally, we actively work towards creating healthy and safe environments and addressing lead-related issues. We are supported by a dedicated team of board members and community connectors who are passionate about our mission.
