Drawing on her own experience of chronic pain following three neck injuries, Kristin provides a compassionate, holistic approach focused on the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of well-being. She offers a five-week online group class, Reduce Your Chronic Pain, with structured lessons, a welcoming peer setting, recorded sessions, and optional worksheets and daily activities. The class explores possible contributors to symptoms, practical ways to respond to pain, and manageable steps toward personal goals. Kristin also offers private, confidential 30-minute coaching sessions on Zoom, tailored to each client’s current concerns.
