Cultural Leadership is a youth education and leadership nonprofit organization based in St. Louis. Our mission is to create a more just and equitable community by training middle and high school students to recognize and resolve issues of privilege and injustice through the lens of the African American and Jewish experience.

We believe that the next generation of civil rights leaders starts with our youth, which is why we provide comprehensive training to empower them to stand up, speak out, and take action. Through our programs, students learn about the history of systematic oppression and the vibrant cultures of resilience from both Jewish and African American communities. They are then equipped with the skills and knowledge to become agents of change in their own communities.

In addition to our educational programs, we support our alumni in their journey towards creating a more inclusive society by arranging paid summer internships with organizations in St. Louis that focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Since our establishment in 2004, we have made significant strides in fostering social justice advocates.

We have expanded our student base to welcome individuals from all racial, ethnic, and religious backgrounds, creating a diverse community of changemakers. We also offer programs like Camp Cultural Leadership, providing younger students the opportunity to experience our curriculum during the summer.
