## Description

Cup of JoJo is a welcoming creative space where people can explore art, develop their skills and enjoy the wellbeing benefits of making. Whether visitors have painted before or are complete beginners, the emphasis is on self-expression, experimentation and a supportive community where there is no pressure to get things “right.”

Founded by JoJo, who has taught recreational art since 2015 and holds a qualification equivalent to a master’s in Therapeutic Arts Counselling, the business offers weekly art classes for small groups of six to ten people. Full-day workshops introduce new techniques and creative mediums, while weekend and week-long retreats provide time to unwind and paint alongside the Cup of JoJo community. The offering also includes therapeutic art counselling, private art parties, commissioned artwork and exhibitions where students can share their creations. A student gallery showcases work made in classes. Through these activities, Cup of JoJo encourages people to build confidence, connect with others and discover the pleasure of creative expression in an inclusive, encouraging environment.
