## Description

CURASTEP provides flexible, work-compatible distance learning for care professionals who want to progress from specialist roles into leadership. Its state-recognized courses prepare learners for positions as residential area leaders, nursing service directors and facility managers. Training is delivered through an online learning management system, with digital access by computer, tablet or smartphone and printed study materials also available. Participants can choose their start date and study from any location, fitting learning around work and personal commitments without scheduled in-person attendance.

The courses are designed for self-paced study, with assessments completed without a high-pressure exam format. Learners receive a certificate and official document upon completion. CURASTEP also offers workshops, participant forums and direct support for questions, helping learners connect theory with practical care-sector experience. Course fees can be paid in three to five installments, depending on the course and payment plan. Through its leadership-focused programs and ongoing learning support, CURASTEP aims to make professional development more accessible for people working in care.
