## Description

The Deutscher Curling-Verband e. V. (DCV) is the national organization for curling in Germany, supporting the sport and its clubs, athletes and teams. Based in Füssen, the association works across both recreational and competitive curling, helping athletes develop through knowledge, training and equipment. Its support extends from early youth development and grassroots participation to elite performance.

The DCV organizes and stages competitions at local, national and international levels for juniors, women’s and men’s teams, mixed teams, wheelchair curlers and seniors. It also provides information and resources for clubs and members, including competition calendars, announcements, downloads and coach education and training. News, events and updates keep the curling community connected, while the association represents German curling in international forums.

Fairness and sportsmanship are central to the DCV’s approach, reflected in its commitment to anti-doping and safe sport and ethics. Through its programs and organizational work, the association aims to strengthen curling structures in Germany and make the sport accessible to participants at every level.
