## Description

Cursa 3 Comarques is a mountain-running event based in Alpens, built around a love of trails and outdoor adventure. Its motto, “Opening trails since 1990,” reflects a long-standing connection with the surrounding mountains and a welcoming invitation to walk, run, jump and experience the landscape. The 2026 edition is scheduled for 25–26 April in Alpens, with several ways to take part. Runners can choose the 3C Curta, a 13-kilometre route with 550 metres of elevation gain, or the 3C Llarga, covering 25 kilometres and 1,200 metres of elevation gain. The programme also features a 3C Cronoescalada, a timed uphill challenge of 3.9 kilometres with 405 metres of elevation gain, as well as a Cronobaixada. The event’s website provides route details, regulations, schedules, and registration information, alongside results, photographs, videos and reports from previous editions. Cursa 3 Comarques also shares updates through Facebook and Instagram, helping participants follow event news and preparation.
