## Description

Cutting Edge Decking is a Houston-based steel deck manufacturer and supplier serving contractors and engineers across the United States. Founded by steel industry veteran Emad Mohamed, the company produces roof deck, composite deck, and non-composite deck for commercial and industrial construction. Its offerings include 1.5-inch B roof deck and 1.5-, 2-, and 3-inch composite and non-composite profiles. Products are Grade 50 steel as standard, and the company is SDI certified and UL classified.

A key service is custom cut-to-fit manufacturing, with pieces available in lengths as short as one foot at no added cost. Cutting Edge Decking also provides shop drawings, certified project documentation, and interlocking lap or TEK screw fastening options. For projects requiring both joists and deck, it can arrange a package with SDI-certified decking and SJI-certified joist suppliers. The company highlights timely delivery, direct customer support, and manufacturing designed for faster turnaround. Its high recycled-content steel supports customers’ sustainability goals, and its website features project examples and interactive 3D models.
