## Description

CED, or Cutting Edge Design, creates turnkey interiors for corporate and commercial clients. With more than a decade of collective experience in the turnkey process, the brand manages projects from initial concept through construction and final handover, delivering workspaces that balance functionality, aesthetics and client needs. Its approach begins with understanding how people use a space, including their work patterns, ergonomic requirements and operational challenges.

CED’s services include office design and space planning, tenant improvement design, finish and materials selection, artwork coordination, custom furniture design, furnishings selection and architectural 3D renders. The company also provides commercial office fit-outs, covering elements such as flooring, ceilings, painting, plumbing, electrical work, partitions, windows, access control, CCTV and IT infrastructure. Project and construction management support a coordinated transition from design to completion.

For furniture, fixtures and equipment, CED works with local factories to provide quality, competitively priced options. Its portfolio includes offices and headquarters for organisations across sectors, with projects ranging from individual branches to large, purpose-built workspaces.
