## Description

CV de Kakers is a carnival association serving Maxet, with festivities spanning the area from Kreppel to Leivere. Its website welcomes visitors into the world of reigning Prince Jens I and Youth Princess Lotte I, who lead the community’s Vastelaovend celebrations alongside their attendants and the association’s council. The site shares their proclamations, introducing each royal figure’s motto, playful traditions, and connections to local people and places. For Jens I, the season’s rallying cry is “Mèt dees daag, knalle de stöp d’r oet!!” Lotte I’s motto invites everyone to enter carnival with great enthusiasm. The association also provides information about activities, an agenda, Maxet, its bonus card, the Kakers weekend and future editions, and a gallery of former princes. Through these events and online resources, CV de Kakers celebrates local identity, music, humour, and togetherness, bringing residents and visitors together for carnival festivities across Maxet. The website presents the association as a community-focused organizer of seasonal celebrations and a keeper of local carnival customs.
