- **Primary alias:** `cybertip.ca`

## Description

Cybertip.ca is Canada's national tipline, established in 2002 to combat the online sexual abuse and exploitation of children. As part of the Canadian Centre for Child Protection, Cybertip.ca triages and processes reports from the public about illegal online activities involving children. They provide vital public education, resources, and support services to help Canadians stay safe online with their families.

The tipline addresses a range of issues, including child sexual abuse material, online luring, commercial sexual exploitation, and trafficking of children. Cybertip.ca also operates Project Arachnid, an innovative web crawler that detects and helps remove child sexual abuse material online. Their dedicated team collaborates with international organizations to issue global removal notices, breaking the cycle of abuse.

For accurate reporting and assistance in cases of child exploitation online, Cybertip.ca is a trusted and essential resource.
