Cynthia Armistead, MS, CCC-SLP, LLC is a pediatric speech therapy practice serving children and families in the Fort Leonard Wood and St. Robert, Missouri, communities and surrounding areas. Led by licensed, ASHA-certified speech-language pathologist Cynthia Armistead, the practice provides individualized care focused on children’s communication and feeding needs. Cynthia holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Speech and Hearing Science from the University of Central Missouri and has served local families for more than 24 years. Services address language disorders associated with autism spectrum disorder, early childhood language delays, stuttering, childhood apraxia of speech, articulation and phonological disorders, and feeding disorders or oral aversion. Therapy is offered in the clinic and through teletherapy when needed. The practice is a network provider for TriCare and UnitedHealthcare, can provide superbills for out-of-network insurance submissions, and offers private-pay sessions in 30-minute increments. Visits are by appointment at the Saint Robert office.
